Sean is an experienced project controls professional, predominantly in rail and other heavy industrial sites on a combination of upgrade works and new facility construction.

Sean is able to draw on experiences gained through his involvement in several multi-billion dollar projects here in Australia and overseas, along with that gained on smaller projects with significant physical constraints to construction co-ordination.

Richard is a chartered quantity surveyor and barrister* with twenty years experience in the construction industry. He has provided commercial and dispute advice for employers and contractors as well as preparing and defending claims for extensions of time, disruption and prolongation for domestic and international arbitration. He has also prepared contracts for major construction projects and has experience in building, ship building, civil, heavy engineering, power, rail, water, oil and gas works.
