Established an IT Project Office to improve the IT organization’s project performance and technology solution delivery capability. In March of 1998 the IT Project Office team was awarded the Corporate Level 4 Team Excellence Award based on the Malcolm Baldrige Quality Award criteria.

Worked with Project Mangement and Design Supervisors to plan, schedule, and manage resources on a portfolio of projects that ranged from 60-120 capital projects at a time.  Recieved MOUS Certification for MS Project 2000.  I was involved with project migrations from MS Project 98 to MS Project 2000 and then from MS Project 2000 to Primavera 3.0
