Work in the Creation and revision of preliminary master schedules for operations. Maintain a master schedule for each project and identify and record the impact of work performed and not performed as scheduled. Evaluate actual construction progress and provide regular schedule updates.Interface with operations, owners, and subcontractors to discuss impact of work and resolution of problems. Contribute to the development of working schedules for Estimating, prior to proposal date, which sufficiently illustrate the sequence of work activities and contract time.

Responsible for all project controls, estimating, construction management, construction quality and six sigma

Was seconded from original employer to assist Eli lilly CMT team in the preparation of their master Project schedule. This involved preparation of P6 schedules for various disciplines (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrument/Cleanroom) and also attendance and active contribution to interactive planning session, constructability sessions and studies including the inplementation of schedule logic to reflect findings.

Manager Project Controls & Estimating - Responsible for all aspects of project controls globally for Eli Lilly & Co, including developing, implementing and maintaining corporate proejct controls SOP's and best practices, providing training and mentoring to internal and external project team members, as well as provides guidance and assistance to project teams in the development and integration of project schedules, risk management and claims mitigation.
