1. Planning to replace main Cryogenic Heat Exchanger
2 Create Notification, Material Identification and Material Order in SAP
3. Reservation of material using SAP
4. Preparation of detailed Level III and Level IV integrated shutdown / turnaround Execution Plan with resources & Prepare man-hours analysis
5. Prepare Detail Package against each Work Request for execution.
6. Responsible for the overall planning, development and monitoring of a project and maintain the project planning system and procedures.
· Creating/Updating schedules by using Primavera 6.7
· Generating Daily/Weekly Progress Reports
· Prepare progress reports using Earned Value Management
· Coordinating day to day activities to ensure proper progress of project
