Reef Island, Bahrain (500mBD) located on a newly reclaimed island this mixed use development is current one of the most luxurious in Bahrain.  The development consists of 8 No 7 storey apartment blocks and 37 beach villas and 70 private villas.

Responsibilities:  Post Contract Project / Planning Management Services provided include:

• Client representation on site.
• Inspection and Sign off of Architectural Finishes
• Developing procedures for tracking Contractor progress on site.

Mixed Use Development

Atlantic Quarter, Cork Docklands (€500m+)located on a contaminated brown field, tidal site the development includes 3 Residential Towers (30, 20 & 10 storey) designed by Foster and Partners plus 2No Residential Blocks, 4No Commercial Blocks, an Events Arena/Conference Centre, a 4 star Hotel and 2 storey underground basement car park.  The development also includes an internal site based automated waste collection and District Heating systems.
