Develops the most appropriate programme/schedule for a particular project, in conjunction with the Project and Construction managers. Plans and oversees the entire programme of works by actual updating of project schedule versus approved baseline schedule. Personally checks percent of works in the site and coordinates closely to project site team on actual site conditions.
