Focusing on establishing reporting requirements, a reporting breakdown structure and associated dashboards. Improvement of information visibility to the client, exec team and delivery teams. Ingrain a reporting drumbeat throughout the project. Ensure governance and control to data flow. Setup a data warehouse or single source of truth and point of contact. Support delivery & functional teams to improve data maturity.

Planning and Scheduling Engineer for the West section of the programme. Main responsibilities included review of Clause 32 monthly programmes and programmes for Notified Compensation Events under the NEC3 contract.
I have approximately 10+ years of practical experience in Construction and Building Services (M&E) Planning and Scheduling in diverse sectors varying from large infrastructure projects to commercial, retail, high residential and hospitality buildings, as well as industrial projects in the UK.
Provide planning and coordination services to entire Construction team from procurement to on-site working sequence to complete MEP testing and kick-off energy start up for commissioning
Planning and coordination services to Design phase including earned value measurement
Produce and maintain programme and portfolio level plans
• Perform analysis and produce sound evidence to decision makers,
• Promote efficiency and effectiveness within the Programmes.
• Development of Main Works construction and commissioning programme in Primavera P6 R7 including resource and cost loading
• Development of Time Chainage programmes using Asta Tilos
• Validation of programme integrity using Acumen Fuse
• Development of preconstruction programme including consents, design and procurement
• Evaluation of four Main Contractors Tender programmes (NEC Contract)
