My role is to do Project planning using MSP and Primavera

Planning ¨ Scheduling ¨ Risk Management ¨ Earned value Analysis

Collecting inputs related to project plan preparation and preparing the baseline schedule.

Monitor critical path & overall schedule on a daily basis. Prepare catch up plans, look ahead plans based on inputs from respective sources and report to Project Manager.

Optimum utilization of resources, Adherence to targets.

Follow up with clients for construction, checking drawings and quantities and ensuring that the calculations are accurate for the work.
