Title : Lead Field Cost Control Engineer.



A Project with a scope of work including all the civil works, underground piping and miscellaneous E/M works for the 750 X 2 MW power plant (BUDGET: L.E 265 Million), the main tasks for my position included but were not limited to:

1. Preparing Client Invoices.

2. Preparing Sub-Contractor Contracts, Amendments and Invoices.

3. Preparing Progress Reports (Daily, Weekly, and Monthly).

4. Material Control (Receipt-Used-Scrap-Return-Transferred-Stock-Balance).

Construction for a project for Natural Gas Liquefaction valued around 6,50 Million USD, the main tasks for my position included but were not limited to:

1. Establishing and updating monthly cost reports (Including Narratives) using estimate and project budget files to monitor the overall project performance.

2. Preparing forecast cost reports for different items of the project

3. Establishing and running of systems for analyzing the performance of the self-executed items.

1. Preparation and monitoring of project Schedule.

2. Preparation of monthly schedule update.

3. Preparing three weeks look ahead schedule.

4. Full control For AG Piping and Steel Structure (Scope – Erectable – Actual – Released - Open Front).

5. Preparing S-Curves, Trend Charts and Quantity Charts for all disciplines.

6. Analysis of baseline to target schedule.
