Responsible for Planning of Master Schedule, updating the same as cutoff date.

Making WBS & Loading resources to activities for the estimation resource requirement in time scale.

Progress update for data date & checking the critical activities for project.

Updating the EPC schedule on a monthly basis. Progress monitoring and reporting on a daily/weekly and monthly basis.

Assist in the development and maintenance of the Construction part of a predifined EP schedule, Level 2 and above. Assist in the development and maintenance of the Early Works and Mobilization schedule of the project. Progress monitoring and reporting on a daily/weekly and monthly basis.

Preparing Time Path Schedule in line with prepared programme.

Preparation of Look Ahead programs and identifying the resource requirement.

Monitoring the site progress as per the planned schedule, recording the progress and preparation of reports.

Procurement of Major Materials & Reconciliation of the same.
