Plannin and project controls engineer reponsible for :-

Create project master schedule (Baseline)

• Monitor and update baseline schedule and analyze delays

• Identify and monitor critical path activities

• Prepare and update S-Curve and progress plans

• Create and prepare project reports and presentations

• Cost Estimate, Forecast and Monitoring

• Generate cost monitoring reports and cost plan

• Generate cashflow using P6 and other techniques

• Earned value analysis

• Assessing risks

• Prepare a baseline program for the project as per scope of work.
• Report to Project Control Manager and assist him in project management tasks.
• Interfacing with client and subcontractor planning teams for planning and reporting.
• Consult site teams for verification of progress and performance data.
• Work with estimating team and assist in developing tenders.
• Prepare and monitor resource loaded P6 schedules for pre contract, contract and post contract management.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress and cost reports for executives.

• Assisting in preparation of project invoices and payment applications with supporting schedules and reports.
