I joined Mowlem in 2001 as Section Engineer, working up to Sub Agent shortly after the Carillion aquisition. After completing a project in Bristol, I was asked to produce some tender programmes for the bid team. It was at this stage that I was approached to work as a Contract Planner on a full-time basis.
