• Duties include creating complete detailed job plans for all Maintenance activities for the Millwright, Pipe and I&E departments.  Working close with Operations and Maintenance to create daily and weekly schedules, Utilizing P6, MS Project, & SAP. Ordering material, and working with outside Contractors to perform in plant and out of plant services focusing on Safety and Cost Control.

• Accountable for delivering planning and scheduling organizational specific leadership to the routine unit planners. Ensure that planning and scheduling services under my accountability are of the highest quality to support the site goals and objectives. Ensure that planning and scheduling is performed consistently throughout the refinery in accordance with the Maintenance Operating Model.

Directed and advised in the selection of a front-end package to allow BP to move from an Artemis 6000 system running on an HP mini system to a PC bases Artemis 7000 system quickly and smoothly. Then expanded this system by writing programmes and menu systems to meet the refinery specific planning and reporting needs. This system was later replaced by Primavera (P3).

While working for the Overhauls Services Branch at BP I have created, monitored and reported on plans for a wide range of maintenance and capital project works for execution during plant shutdowns.
