Bovis Lend Lease (Australia)

Working as a project engineer/project manager I delivered number of fit-out projects for various branches of ANZ Bank and Commonwealth Bank CBA in South Australia and modification works for Telstra exchanges. Cost of these projects varied from AUD 50,000 to AUD 1.5million. All projects were carried out under Project & Construction Management contract. Key responsibilities on the projects are below.

The project was part of a nationally rolled out program to install fibre optic cables for high speed internet across Australia. Lend Lease was awarded design & construction contract in South Australia and Western Australia, cost AUD 800million. It was a Design & Build contract. Key responsibilities on the project are below.

Regional Planning Manager responsible for programme and schedule management across the Lend Lease construction portfolio ($1.2bn value of construction projects in delivery) in the Victoria Region which include retail, commercial high rise and residential construction projects.
