Mobilised in the close out stages of the project to provide an accelerated construction and close-out (Primavera) programme. Introduction of a number of project control tracker tools and overall programme dashboard reports which streamlined the site reporting process and provided Senior Mnanagement and the Client with a realistic prediction of the completion date.
