Responsible for the forward workload planning of the ME&I design team for the Sellafield Drypac Plant (SDP) and for the Technical & Development project within SDP. RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for developing and delivering the first rolling 2 year Near Term Work Plan (NTWP) for decommissioning Bradwell power station.
Managed the migration of planning and cost data from standalone primavera portfolios into Enterprise system.
ACHIEVEMENTS
Contributed at national level to the planning strategy of the NTWP and in defining a logical EPS and WBS for the operational and decommissioned Magnox Power stations.
Employed by Project Services Group as the Project Control Section Manager responsible for a specific part of the BNFL Engineering business including Thorp, Magnox, MOX & Transport. Duties include overall responsibility of ensuring a team of 16 people provided the depth of cost engineering & planning services required by various project managers within BNFL.
