Was responsible for creating the single source of truth by the collation of contractors programmes into a master programme.

Created Earned Value reporting metrics for the programme of works which was circa £20m per year and part of an overall programme that was estimated at £2bn (lifecycle)

Led meetings with Senior members of the organisation and liaised closely with a number of other programme offices.
