Responsibilities :Preparing master and baseline schedule and updating work schedule That including resources of Cost, labor Controlling daily, weekly and monthly planning reportsPreparing planning reports for meeting with client and upper ManagementAnalysis of unit prices, material consumptions, actual unit man‐hours Cost control and project budget planning

v  Prepare, maintain and control integrated lower level progress measurement system.

v  Visited the project site regularly for periodic progress report and evaluation.

v  Worked with Project Manager for support in the productive and timely completion of the project.

v  Attended progress meetings and reported on the project situation.

Current Role

Overall Planning, Scheduling, Forecasting, Monitoring progress, training the concerned persons for various Project Management aspects, co-ordination with Client, Consultants, Sub-contractors & our management for controlling all six pumping stations from Khartoum.

Project Planning, Monitoring and Control of Residential and Industrial Building Construction for:

- Ohanet Development Project, Ohanet Algeria. I was also responsible as Deputy Project Manager.(Project Value Approx 46 Million USD) (Client: Petrofac-ABB Lumus JV, Owner: BHP Billiton - Sontrac JV)

- In-Salah Gas Project, In-Salah, Algeria.(Project Value Approx 12 Million USD)(Client: KBR, Owner-BP-Sonatrac JV)
