Project Controls Engineer                                January 11 – to date

·   Performing inter-disciplinary tasks between the Cost, Trend and Schedule divisions of the Project Controls Department on Hay Point Expansion Phase 3.

Working in the CMT group. Coordinating with various contractors project controls team for reporting and scheduling requirements. Linking interdependent area project schedules for tighter integration during bulk construction stage.

• Schedule Management
  • Review sub-contactor network program
  • Identify Logic and duration issues
  • Identify interfaces with other contractors and its impact
  • Identify engineering deliverables issues and its impacts with procurement and construction
  • Identify material delivery issues and its impacts with construction
• Resource management
  • Review sub-contractor resource plan
  • Identify major issues with resource availability
  • Review sub-contactor's Plant and equipment plan

• Planning and monitoring the overall company master schedule for different disciplines.
• Create & Update Installation Curves using standard unit rates.
• Initiate & monitor manpower histograms & resources distribution by craft.
• Monitor & analyze schedule performance, problems & opportunities for improvement.
• Track actual quantities, manpower & progress percentages against targets.
• Evaluate subcontractors’ physical progress & quantity reporting.
• Develop weekly & monthly progress reports & previ
