Site & Planing Engineer site supervision anf programme preparation and monitoring on large building projects.
Site planning for these 3 major construction projects.
Tenders and negotiated planning & procurement schedules from concept design through to procurement and construction projects. Establishing a training programme for site managers, graduates and foreman in project planning . Teaching Primavera P3 & Suretrak and planning software. Reviewing and implementing change in planning culture.
Responsible for Head Contract reviews regarding program, commerical timing and scheduling for new bids, program and sheduling of all current projects.
Worked with all Construction Managers to advise and monitor site progress and planning issues.
Provided training and support to site staff to develop building sequences and methodologies.
Managed Contract Project Schedule, claims and contractual proceedures. involved in delivery of subcontract packages for several areas of the project
