Schedule management of BBRI’s subcontract works – Traction power, Overhead Catenary System, Communications System, Train Control, Ballasted, Embedded and Direct Fixation Track Work. Development and maintenance of the subcontract schedule, coordination and integration with the overall CPM Schedule, progress reporting, schedule mitigation and schedule impact analysis. Planning/Scheduling support for bid preparation
