- Duties include developing comprehensive project programme (Target Price, Secondary Baselines and Construction programme) for the framework projects (Enhanced Track Replacement, Pit block, Life extension, Tunnel Refurbishment) using P3e, incorporate resource and skills planning to accurately report cost of work done and cost to completion, Cost loading, materials planning, cost estimating, earned value (EVA) forecasting, reporting and identifying critical paths and develop and implement action plans to maximize project quality.
