I have over 20 years experience with production, supervision and project management and controls.  My current areas of specialisation are in project development, performance, analysis, controls and reporting on complex projects and master schedules that include time, facility, budget and resource constraints.  My experience has developed through employment within the shipbuilding industry as a project controller from preparation of production work packages to management of the integrated project master schedule.

Experience of all aspects of Planning Operations associated with the Construction of Process and Utility modules, semi-submersibles and FPSOs’ within the Offshore Oil and Gas industry for a period of sixteen years with system and application knowledge of Primavera P3 and P3e, Artemis 6000, 7000 and 9000 computer systems utilised in project planning. 

Have a proven track record in project services and control management, with outstanding skills in project planning, monitoring, progress tracking, critical path analysis, earned value analysis, performance reporting and 3 Point - Risk analysis. Diverse business exposure, performed at various levels on mega projects. Have ability to work with the client, vendors and large implementation teams. Have conducted data and logic gathering workshops, schedule audits and for re-structuring scheduling information. Advance skills in project and product base planning techniques.
