Responsible for through life support programme including Bid, Initiation, excution phases

I worked within the Lynx Programme Planning team. My role was to establish and maintain controls to enable Lynx Programmes Projects to be effectively managed in terms of work content, schedule and cost. Additionally I provided progress reports to the Lynx Programme Management team.

·Accountable for the comprehensive planning and scheduling of a Programme, through the Bid, Initiation, Execution and Closure phases for the Apache Helicopter

·Manage and ensure projects are planned effectively to support the achievement of Programme milestones and cost targets:     

·Development of timely cost effective solutions to maintain project plans

·Plan, prioritise and allocate departmental workload to achieve targets

·Establish strong and effective relationships with all key stakeholders
