Led a team to redesign the company's strategy, technology platform and planned the turn-around of operations which were accepted for immediate action. It was a two year plan to complete the turnaround.

Led the team leaders to start and complete the company turn-around with a goal to complete the turn by establishing new technology platform, create operational efficiency and develop client base. An essential aspect of the plan was to established the in-house software development branch office in Ahmadabad, India. The turnaround was accomplished within two and a half years.
