PCM for Refinery Controls upgrade in Yanbu / PSS for miscellaneous small Saudi Aramco GES Projects
Completed long term assignment for Mobil ($380M Luberef II) plus several small Saudi Aramco Projects
- Coordinated timekeeping system and Project Control Monitoring of projects.
- Maintain project control database system developed using DBASE IV and Lotus 123 for all existing projects.
- Prepare Project Schedules and Manpower Loading
- Prepares weekly and cumulative man-hour expenditures for each work package on each project: Budget manpower, and other cost figures for each project, etc.
- Responsible in the monitoring/preparation of Projects Weekly Expended Man-hour Reports and Cost Status Breakdown submitted to the Client as attachment to the projects monthly billing.
- Update and maintain project’s weekly progress reports.
- Prepare Bar Chart Schedule for the Proposals, Project Proposals & Project Planning using Primavera Software.
- Update and maintain Drawing Control Reports, Work Breakdown Structure and other reports such as Profitability Ratio Charts, Manpower Profile, Overhead and Billable Man-hours and Man-hours Summary.
