Site planning & scheduling using Artemis 7000 andPrimavera Project Planner;
weekly work scheduling/ look-aheads;
preparation of monthly & weekly reports;
project control planning updation;
productivity evaluations and efficiency calculations;
verifying the works with contractual specifications;
verifying completion of each activity with reference to the time constraints;
co-ordinations with sub contractors;
attending meetings with sub contractors, consultant & client regarding the progress;
