I’ve been fortunate to gain experience in the Oil and Gas, Automotive as well as Defence Industries. Past experience enabled me to gain an exceptional understanding of the Planning and Scheduling techniques and practices as implemented on cross functional multi-disciplinary projects.
Develop and maintain top level schedules and project plans as well as development of lower level plans. Manage and Implement planning processes consistent with standard Planning and Scheduling practices. Create Look-ahead for various timeframes. Liaise with other planners and schedulers to ensure synergy and consistency. Liaison with other functional groups. Manage and arrange scheduled meetings across projects. Monitor project/contract KPIs against schedules and plans and communicate progress, improvement and slippages.
