WhWhile assigned to Route 2020 Metro Project, Dubai, I am involved and responsible for performing the following tasks;

CITAL project was a Joint Venture between Alstom Algeria & Bonatti Italian Group of civil work construction ; working across both companies reporting to Operation Director in charge of:

• Control and recovery of project planning;
• Resources leveling;
• Implementation phases of the work  and the new critical path schedule ;
• monthly and weekly progress reporting ;

Consortium Planning Manager  in charge of:

In charge of the planning coordination between several projects:

• Algiers tramway (extension phase);
• Constantine tramway (extension phase);
• Ouargla tramway;
• Mostaganem tramway;
• Setif tramway;

Africa and Middle East Tender Planning Manager 

Responsible for the implementation of schedules (Gantt & Time - Chainage forms) and methodological notes for tenders of various Alstom solutions:

• Follow-up planning & KPI of the portfolio tramway projects Algeria ( 06 projects ) ;
• Follow-up planning & KPI of maintenance projects in Middle East area (07 projects) and South Asia  area (02 projects);
• Cost planning according to IFRS 15 standard;
