Expert level skills in a broad range of project management knowledge areas including project planning, schedule development and analysis, earned value analysis, productivity analysis, estimate/schedule alignment, and cost control.

• Lead corporate scheduler for large general contractor, serving as point person for planning/scheduling and earned value efforts across the organization. • Provide leadership in the continuing improvement of corporate project controls knowledge and culture. Establish flexible but effective policies and procedures.
* Evaluate proposal and bid schedules for feasibility and risk analysis.
* Participate in project kickoff and startup meetings. Function as a facilitator and expeditor throughout the plan and schedule development process.
* Work with the project team to develop the Project Execution Plan and Baseline Schedule, and assist with the creation of the documentation as required to gain approval of Baseline Schedules.
· Project management and related engineering to plan and coordinate construction activities with regard to safety, quality, schedule, cost, manpower, equipment, and materials.
· Use Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel, Word, Project and PowerPoint software to develop project schedules, track progress of projects, project final costs and schedule dates, and effectively communicate with owner’s representatives, subcontractors and project labor.
