1. Carry out SWOT analysis of the Company’s current planning resources & systems and recommend changes where required.2. Overall administrative responsibility of integration of planning functions of multiple areas of operations.3. Development of Management Information Systems (MIS) and AFT reports to enhance and optimize project controls.4. Develop planning standards and procedures5. Execute forensic delay analysis6. Responsible to forecast overall Manpower requirement for the Business Unit.7.

·         Collecting and compiling of project progress data from respective engineers.

·         Develop the detailed baseline programme with resource and cost loaded .

·         Preparation of weekly/Monthly Progress reports with Variance (Planned V/s Actual), KPI & Milestones Delays.

Currently at Al Naboodah as Senior Planning Engineer, working on a major residential infrastructure development project in Jebel Ali. 

Internal Roads & Surface Water Drainage works for Mussafah Industrial Area

• Measure work done, materials on site etc. and prepare valuations.
• Review, monitor and report on financial status and prepare final account.

My role in Al Naboodah Construction Group as COO is very similar to that which I am undertaking now, but it was heavily geared to the cluster operational performance (Building, MEP, Interiors, Gypsum & Marble, Cladding & Plant and Qatar Operations), best practice business improvement . As COO I was a member of the group operational, strategic and development boards. <?xml:namespace prefix = o />
