- Planning and Reviewing construction program of works related to Civil /Structural/ID /MEP / Firefighting & Fire alarm/ELV discipline wise detailed man-hours, cash flow, dashboards, s-curves of the Contractor using Primavera P6 & MS Project and ensure that the Project Plan reflects the project scope and is fully resourced and cost loaded in reference to the BOQ and Engineering drawings issued for siteconstruction.
