     Prepares the overall projects fiscal work plan, through discussion of project schedules with concerned project and construction engineers.



     Develops manpower requirement plans to execute assigned work. Discusses detailed scope of work and specific requirements with the responsible engineer.



Updates and maintains project plans throughout the life of the project.
