Prepares programs, time and resource schedules for capital projects at tendering stage by utilizing computerized planning system (Primavera).
Prepares the overall projects fiscal work plan, through discussion of project schedules with concerned project and construction engineers.
Develops manpower requirement plans to execute assigned work. Discusses detailed scope of work and specific requirements with the responsible engineer.
Updates and maintains project plans throughout the life of the project.
Prepares weekly and monthly reports by tracking progress at site.
Prepares Bids, Quantity Takeoffs and cash flows for major construction projects.
