– Fujairah free way project
The UAE's Public Works & Housing Ministry has awarded a AED424m ($115m) road contract in Fujairah as part of wider scheme aimed at improving transport links between cities on the Gulf coast and Fujairah on the east coast. The joint venture of the local/ Greek Al-Ahmadiah/Aktor has won the contract to build the third phase of the highway, which will link the Hajar mountains with Fujairah city.

Establish Project Reporting Procedures, Prepare & Expedite Monthly Targets/Look Ahead for Execution of Works.
Preparation of Mitigation Plans, What-if-Scenario.
Preparation of Reports (DPR, MPR etc),
MIS Reports.
Project Resources Planning / Optimization.
Attend Site Meetings.
Claim Preparation (EOT, Disruption etc).
