Establish solution to add resource usage forecast for those projects, maintenance and in a reduced form for turnarounds. Done while setting up and progressing 20...30 running projects in a 2 people team.
Later, scheduler for refinery engineering contractor's on-site taskforce, building and progressing schedules in P6 for 4...5 midsize projects, preparing turnaround integration.
