Based in Baku and responsible for the development and maintenance of the topsides commissioning plans for the West Azeri, East Azeri & DUQ platforms (ACG Project Caspian Sea). The platforms of approximately 15,000Te contained process, drilling and accommodation facilities. Being a client role, tasks included co-ordinating contractor planning efforts, along with reporting to site and overall project management. The commissioning team was an integrated team, and as such the role included hands on ownership of the plan.
Report to Planning & Performance Manager. Responsible to check, monitor, review and input into Contractor’s design engineering and construction schedules for large scale Greenfield Topsides development Projects. Build detailed onshore commissioning and offshore hook-up schedules using Primavera P3. Interface with main Contractor to ensure that commissioning activity is integrated into the overall master schedule. Produce planning data and key performance indicators for the overall project monthly report.
