Development and control of schedules on the project; Tracking progress, reporting and proposing recovery actions when necessary; Performing delay analysis; Generating S-curves for the management; Tracking the work progress of sub-contractors working on the project. Site experience. Preparation for arbitration between Client (AES) and the main Contractor.
