Role was to create, implement and maintain a schedule and tracking system using P6 and excel database for 750,000 hours of estimated work in mehcanical,electrical and piping trade jurisdictions.

- Responsible for scheduling, cost control, and production of progress and productivity reports.

- Supervise, coach and mentor planning staff on day-to-day work

- Planning and leveling of overall project resources based on individual area requirements

- Collecting, maintaining, organizing, and analyzing the Earned Value
