Creating/maintaining/updating an EPC for a subsea project, producing necessary reports for project team and client.
Creation and maintaining a schedule for the subsea installation portion of the project, incorporating pre-installation surveys, installation and various boats involved.
Software used Primavera P3, Microsoft Windows.
I am an Industrial Engineer graduated from University of Tehran Poly Technique and have 6 years experience as planner in industrial & construction projects.
I am fully aware of MS-Office and planning software such as MS-Project, P3 & Primavera Enterprise.
My experiences and skills include:
- Project Management education based on PMBOK®2004.
- Preparing the Master and Detailed plans required for all levels of project.
- Preparation of linked bar charts, precedence networks, critical path analysis, manpower Estimation & levelling.
Current Role: Overall Tender Drilling Barge Project Planner, Cum " Assistant Project Manager " in overall project Feed Engineering Control. Based in Bangkok Thailand. Back in Singapore for Shipyard Phase. Project Member not mobilised due to change of Clients Decision.
