Position: Supervisor
- Overseeing up to 30 tradesmen including:
- Carpenters, Concreters, Roof Plumbers, Electricians, Painters etc
- High end residential construction industry with an extreme attention to detail
- Liaison with the client on a daily basis
- Quality Control and review correct Construction Methodology
- Ensuring a safe environment for all tradesmen and personnel entering the site
- MS Project schedule development and analysis to understand project slippages and rescue plans where required
