- provide assistance and guidance in the evaluation of contracts during pre-bidding stages and post contract stages
- prepare comments and recommendationsto BU/DEPT heads upon request regarding contractual obligations in the various stages of the project in relation to contractual issues and disputes
- draft and prepares contractual correspondences
- draft contract agreements
- project control as to contractual obligations and ensuring that contractual terms and conditions are in the best interest of the company
- investigates contractual issues, claims, and disputes regarding claims of delfault
- assists in ensuring that contractual risks are identified, mitigated, and controlled
- provide legal interpretation, opinions, and recommendations
- Conduct training of company personnel the concept of Basic Contracts
