- Thorough delay and fragment analysis of construction claims.
- Preparation of Claims assessment reports with software’s like primavera 16.2, 17.7 and Microsoft project.
- Digging the historical information on projects – reviewing reports, tests, inspections, correspondences log to prepare the actual events to compare against baseline.
- A self-starter and eager to learn new things.

- Excellent communicator, speaker and completely abiding by company’s Organization processes and organizational culture
With a Master’s degree in Advanced construction Management, member of CIOB and having certified as a PMP from PMI, I have a full understanding and the relevant experience of the full life cycle of a claim analysis and dispute resolution. I also have experience in learning and mastering new technologies. My experience includes:
- Fragment delay analysis
- Baseline Vs. Actual comparison using programmes of primavera
- Fault analysis from either party – buyer / seller
- Decision report on time extension applicable with cost / without cost settlement.
- Developing forecasts and trends, variance analysis.
- Earned Value Management.
- Project Management and control
