Seeking a senior level assignment in operation management with an organization high reputed.
Skill:
• Create baseline schedule, create monthly cash flow (S-curve), manpower histogram, resource loading, cost loading and developed billing plan.
• Baseline schedule consist of original scope includes-milestone/project milestone/engineering/procurement/construction/testing & commissioning/snag and project closeout.
• Preparation of EPC Wtgs% as per budget man hours from Baseline data, consider this Plan cum.% in weekly and monthly progress Report.
• Create recovery schedule, cash flow, S-curve, manpower histogram, Concrete weekly & monthly histogram, progress plan% vs Actual% histogram as per need of project/Client.
• Earned Value Management- Tracking of SPI (Schedule Performance Index), variance etc. and take remedial measure.
• Informing Project Manager after schedule updates, the progress analysis, critical path, longest path as well as making aware of long lead item.
• Sorting out critical issue of the project and prepare corrective action with Project manager (if any).
• Coordinating with departments as per the needs and provide them required data (like: manpower histogram, schedule, zonal plan, procurement schedule, engineering schedule etc.) and work out monthly progress schedule.
• Provide look ahead of project to site team for execution of work on time.
• Tracking of the project by updating the schedule, by collecting summarizes data of EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction).
• Update construction portion by collecting site data from Construction manager and site engineer and also going to site to see the work progress.
• Drawing and Procurement update from Project engineer, manpower working on site from Time keeper, list of equipment available on project from EMD manager.
• Sending progress report to department heads and progress report to consultant.
• Timely coordinating with PM, CM and PE for the schedule.
