Workshop Supervisor with the following roles & respomsibilities:
- Ensure resources are available by ordering stock materials and ensure materials comply with the company standards.
- Review and carryout amendment to mechanical procedures and work instructions.
- Prepare contract documents and carry out evaluation of technical documents and scopes of work.
- Responsible for coaching and transfer of knowledge to subordinates.
- Supervise shutdowns at platform and workshop levels.
- Issue daily performance activity reports and issue 3-weeks look ahead plan that is cascaded to area engineers and operations.
- Involved in Root Cause Analysis and Reliability Centred Maintenance meetings.
- Certified lifting equipment inspector.
- Acting during the absence of Workshop Engineer.
