Major Maintenance Supervisor with the following roles & Responsibilities:
- Review vendor quality plans and method statements and supervise the engineering service contractors throughout turnarounds.
- Allocate all required resources (materials, labour and equipment) for optimal performance of activities.
- Use the maintenance management systems to co-ordinate, distribute and execute work and ensure history data is updated.
- Conduct regular spares reviews and raise stock materials proposals (SPF), where needed.
- Maintain assigned activity history files in CMMS (PACER).
- Provide technical input to procurement department and to platform leaders during equipment overhauls.
- Advice on rotating equipment spares availability and sparing philosophies.
- Contribute to site safety as an Authorised Engineer and participate in the duty engineering system for out of hours support.
- Acting during the absence of Turnaround Coordinator.
