- Producing weekly quality assurance review reports of Project deliverables including project Planning, RAG reporting and RAIDs Log. Making sure all risk and issues are clearly articulated and aligned to the organization RAID framework.
- Delopment of project plans in MS project. Ensuring that plans are in line with the Organisational Framework.
- Gathering information across projects consolidating into a number of management reporting packs for the different governance boards, ensuring that the information provided in these packs are accurate, timely and reflective of the required quality at the different Boards.
- Leading workshops to capture project team’s feedback (Lessons Learnt). Transferring the captured Lessons learned into a central repository to support portfolio continuous Improvement.
- Lead contact for managed services with third party suppliers, ensuring that delivered materials and equipment are aligned with agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Responsible for obtaining team members from internal sources or hire external staff. Coordinate the activities of sub-contractors and labour force. Ensuring that new resources are on-boarded.
- Tracking and managing actions to completion.
- Engaging in day-to-day project operations and constantly liaising with contractors and sub-contractors to track and adhere to all schedule and budgets.
- Management of data and documentation (progress reporting packs) relating to design and development throughout the project life ultimately leading to archive documentation close-out.
- Lead on gateway reviews, ensuring any corrective actions identified as part of a gateway review are owned and tracked to completion.
- Responsible for the submission of exceptional project reports.
- Involved in eliciting High Level Requirements from major stakeholders
- Worked alongside the BA team in the development of Epic Stories, User Stories and working in accordance with stakeholders acceptance criteria.
