•To prepare Project schedules within Primavera or MPP to support a client’s needs, Taking the leading role for planning activities and milestones according to the Contract and scope of work provided
•An in-depth knowledge of Project Planning Principles and Practice including Critical Path Analysis and Earned Value + Training material to support and mentor a team
•Ensure quality and consistency in the level of detail within the Integrated Activity Network and WBS structure are consistent to meet a client’s needs
•Developed and maintained performance reporting (to senior management) thereby enabling a proactive approach to dealing with the customer and ensure they are issued on time or to the report calendar deadlines.
•Arrange and chair the regular weekly and bi-weekly Project Planning Team Meeting, to support the Frequency of meetings determined by in-house business reporting requirements and Project specific requirements for the client.
•To support and guide the Baseline updates and schedule impacts to the EPC’s & EPCM’s whilst sat within a EPCM or Clients Team
•Plan activities that are specific for the EPC-M /Client team responsibilities, from a FEL gate or Pre- FEED - FEED Study methodology but also through the Concept/Design stage using the Chainage Methodology.
•Organize and implement the Project Controls planning rules and processes as required in the EPCM or Clients contract
•To ensure that the EPC/M schedules are continuously updated with deliveries and dates to suit the clients reporting
•Provide reports/P6 extracts for customer
•Setting required layouts/coding structures in P6 to support the planning group.
•My Business has supported clients EOT’s (against and for) whilst performing Schedule Risk Analysis using Pert master and Acumen Fuse.
•Trade Apprenticeship (City and Guilds) + Fabrication and welding degree (LCGI) gives me a Vast Knowledge of Engineering and Manufacturing Methodologies + Processes
