I believe you will see that I have the attributes you detail with comprehensive major project experience across a wide range of industries including, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Building Construction, Civil & Infrastructure, Rail & Utilities, Defence & Government contracts.
You will see particular strength in the areas of integrated cost management; managing cost, budget control, change control, commitments, expenditure, VOWD & forecast out turn costs in order to ensure that cost control within the project is maintained, value for money is achieved & time/technical/Safety requirements are met. This has included correlating cost with change, quality, schedule, finance, commercial groups, contracts & procurement processes, provide early warning of issues including programming, scheduling performance management, forecasting & variance analysis.
System experience encompasses SAP, Unifier, PCMS, Primavera products, ProCon, Lotus notes, Sharepoint, Data Warehouses, Cost Manager, Cobra, DRIMS & multiple company specific products to produce integrated, single input, multi use systems.
