Project:

Cleopatra Square Compound Project – A 6^th October City – for the Owner is Cleopatra Group Company – The project is delivering of old constructed villa after repairing works  and adding an extenision building and finally with half finishings.

• Managing the works for Seven contractors of the Traditional Works and Ten  contractors of the Finishing Works
• Holding of the management meeting with contractor.
• Tacting and Following up the performance of 14 Team worker Engineer.
• Coordinating between the Designer and the consultant .
• Planning the work of hardscape with the landscape.
• Evaluating the contractors performance.
• Appling the strategic goals from the project into executing plans.

4800 MEGAWATT BENI SUIF ELECTRICAL STATION – At Beni Suef Administrate - 

An Infra& superstructure project– for the Owner is Ministry of Electricity )Development all items of Six utilities/networks for the oily, sanitary, storm, potable water, irrigation and duct banks of capbles of main supply of electricity from the station in additional to enbankment works of Roads.

Position: Area Manager responsible for the civil works of  Infra scope

Responsible for:

• Preparing the tactics for the civil works of the Infra activities.
• Execution the civil works by full coordination with the mechanical works.

 

 

 

4-From Jun. 2014 to Feb.2016:

At  SAAD ALMOBTY Co. for Contracting,Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Project:

DEVELOPMENT OF AL KHARJ INDUSTRIAL CITY Phase II.

An Infra & superstructure project delivers Compounds of Buildings and development the networks of ROADS, SEWERAGE, STORM, POTABLE WAQTER, STREET LIGHTING, MEDIUM VOLTAGE and TELECOMMUNICATION. With overall area 24 km²and one half milliard SR preliminary cost. (Owner is authority of MODON for new cities)

Position: PLANNING & FOLLOWING UP MANAGER

Responsible for:

• Preparing of project time Schedules:

Revised Baseline &UpdateTime Schedule of about 9000 activities loaded with satisfied resources and costs showing the scope changes and new items.

• Preparing of daily planned works reports and follow up performance percentage.
• Designing & Preparing of the weekly & Monthly reports.
• Supervisedthe invoices as per the planned progress.
• Responsibleoftime/cost claims and the ContractStudy and havegotatime extension(8 months).

 

 

5-From Oct. 2011 to Jun. 2014:

At MEDHAT ABOUZAID(EGYPTIAN CONSULTING HOUSE),Cairo

Project:

FORTY WEST PROJECT.

A Turn-key construction project consists of Commercial, First class Residential Buildings and Hotels of two Stories podium and six Elevated Stories. With overall area 19000m²and one half milliard EGP preliminary cost. (Owner is SODIC)                                          

Position:  STRUCTURAL DEPARTMENT HEAD

Responsible for:

• Approval the MOS for civil and repair works especially the Ground Tanks works.
• Reviewing the submitted progress schedules of works.
• Preparing of the monthly reports.
• Shared in reviewing of the contractor invoices and claims.
• Approval the steel frame works for GRC cornices and GRP panels Calculation Sheet.
• Approval the steel fixations works for Curtain wall installation.
• Shared in Inspecting the Core and Shell (concrete – masonry) works.
• Shared in Inspecting the GRC and GRP execution works.
• Shared in Inspecting the hardscape works coordinating with the infrastructure works.

At Banwh Co.for limited contracting-KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA

Project:

Construction Building of Faculty of Engineering at Hail University. The building is 22000m²area and 400,000 SR, a preliminary Cost (Owner is The Ministry of High Education)

Position:  PROJECT MANAGER

Responsible for:

• Shared in Preparing Baseline of Time Schedule, Planning the delay, Cash Flow Chart and the submit plan of drawings approval taking in consideration the contractors capabilities.
• Planning for the sub-contractor works.
• Coordination between Electromechanical, Architectural and structural drawings as design drawings in parallel with the materials approval from owner/consultant and preparing for detailed drawings with sub-contractors confirmation.
• Shared in reviewing the structural system of the building that had been changed to Post-Tension system the approval from consultant Zuhair Fayez.

 

 

7-From March 2009 to May2010:

At MEDHAT ABOUZAID(EGYPTIAN CONSULTING HOUSE),Cairo

Project:

ALLEGRIA PROJECT. A semi-finishing construction project of 1100 variant-design with private fence villas addition to the landscape in/out the villas. The project is 130feddensarea and 2.5 milliards EGP as a preliminary cost. (Owner is the SODIC)                                     

Position:  SENIOR STRUCTURAL SUPERINTENDENT

Responsible for:

• Planned and shared in the concrete, finishing works.
• Shared in inspection of the landscape and infrastructure works.
• Reviewed time and progress schedules for contractor work activities.
• preparing the monthly report of project progress.
• Preparation of Snagging lists and shared in handing over the activity items of BOQ.
• Shared in inspection of the water structures as Culvertsand Gulf Pools

 

 

8-From Jan.2003 to March 2009:

AtEl-Hadayek Company for Real Estate Projects,Cairo.

Project:

• Construction of Ten Buildings of Five Stories with basements, Four apartments per story,  about 700m2area and one million EGP cost per Building - Construction of Eight Villas of Three Stories, about 450m²area and one half million EGP cost per building . (Owner is private ones)
• Supervising construction a compound of 63 villas on the north coast of 15.75millions EGP total cost and 25200m² area.

Position:  PROJECT MANAGER

Responsible for:

• Execution Infra-structure / sub-structure works.
• Shared in preparing shop drawings, management plans and execution procedures.
• Execution Finishing works (Interiors-Outsides-Landscape).
• Responsible for Contracts, BOQ preparation and Contractors payments.
